The hotel layout was beautiful with open air

Hallways around the pool with a lovely atmosphere. The room was elegant, but the bathroom could be more spacious. Staff, especially Manuel, were friendly and helpful. The covered parking was a nice touch.

The staff made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Upon entering my room, a strong odor hit me. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as the floor was dirty and there was black mold in the shower. The air conditioning didn't work, and the remotes given to me were outdated and useless. I was left with no choice but to open the windows for ventilation, which compromised my privacy. It was a disappointing experience that I hope gets addressed soon.

The lobby and common areas were fine. Excellent for photos. The beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated the water pitcher in the room-small touches matter. I especially enjoyed the garden view.
